This is overwhelming. Where do I start?We will guide you from the beginning until the end of your project and make sure everything is excellent. First, we will give you an accurate FREE estimate wherein we also briefly discuss your project. Then, we will set a time to provide you with all the processes. Once we reach the completion of the project, we will be doing an inspection to make sure that everything is done correctly. We will then provide you with all the necessary maintenance instructions and discuss the warranty’s terms and conditions.

Should I order extra Tile?When you buy your tile, it is recommended to order 10%-15% extra product based upon pattern layout to accommodate for cuts and repairs. Availability and style of tiles are always changing so having an extra box is recommended.

Once installed, how long do I need to let the floor tile set before walking on it or using the space where it has been installed?To ensure all the products and adhesives have set in, you need to wait 24 hours before you step on it.

What preparation needs to be done from my end before the installation?Pre-project instruction depends on the job. Our expert will provide you with some preparation instructions before your schedule your project.

Do you provide the tile?Due to the variety of tiles available on the market, we recommend that clients select and supply the type of tile they want for installation. However, we provide all of the necessary materials needed for this job.

When do we have to pay?We request a 20% deposit when signing a contract and you close the remaining balance upon completion of a project.

What's the difference between Porcelain Tile and Ceramic Tile?Both porcelain and ceramic tiles are similarly manufactured from baking clays, however what really separates them is their density and durability. Porcelain tiles are fired at higher temperatures for a longer time than ceramic, which makes them more durable and denser—practically completely water-resistant Ceramic tiles are more delicate and less porous, meaning they can easily absorb water.

What colour grout should I choose?Grout is as much a personal option as selecting your tile. We can make suggestions based on what’s commonly used, however, we usually get our clients to select the color that is right for them and their design objective.

Can floor tile be used on walls and vice versa?Floors and walls have different needs for tiles; thus, not all ceramic tiles can be installed on floors.
